DRACUT — Acting Chief Stephen D. Chaput reports that the Dracut Police Department is investigating a bank robbery that occurred Monday afternoon and is seeking the public’s help identifying the suspect.
At approximately 3:00 p.m., Dracut Police responded to Santander Bank, 1985 Lakeview Ave., for a report of a bank robbery. Upon arrival, officers were told the suspect entered the bank and demanded money from the teller.
The man fled the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash on foot.
The suspect is described as a white male wearing a black and white mask, all black Patriots baseball cap and black clothing.
No weapons were shown and no one was injured during the incident. The robbery remains under investigation.
